Plant Delivery Charges – Update

To keep plant deliveries fair and sustainable, we've introduced a simple tiered delivery charge structure:

Plants take up significant volume, and orders over 10 trays are run as separate deliveries. We've looked at other suppliers' charges and believe this structure reflects a fair contribution toward delivery costs, while we continue to absorb a large portion of the cost ourselves.
